Newly Designed! All aluminum CNC Router.
-New design, all 6061-T6 plate construction. Some non critical parts like the Y-axis base plate and side supports may be made of 1" thick black plastic to help redure vibration and chatter in machine.
-Comes with built-in Nema 23 motor mounts on all three axes machined into drive end plate for accurate lead screw alignment.
-Machine travels are 12" x 11" x 4.5" with the cross gantry having 12" of travel.
-Leads screws are 1/2-10 acme with steel encased nylon drive nuts.
-Linear bearings and shafts are 5/8" diameter for Z and 3/4" diameter for X & Y.
-Linear bearings are bronze and sintered cast iron both oil impregnated.
-This machine sticks with the Modular Design concept and all linear slides can be removed and work indepently of the other slides. This allows easy replacement, upgrades and servicing.

-The current lead time for this machine is 3 - 6 weeks. I keep the parts in inventory and then build when an order is placed.
-The machine base design is currently made of aluminum channel but this has changed due to the lack of large channel material in New Mexico.
